We want you to be fully satisfied with your cleaning experience; if your Drillbrush power scrubber doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all brushes and attachments are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Brushes

  Securely pack the Drillbrush products in their original box, ensuring all shafts and bristles are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier label to the package and drop it off at a designated shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
